Vdara Hotel & Spa sits just behind the main Strip, part of the wider CityCenter complex, but without the noise and casino floor you get in most Vegas hotels. It’s a calmer, more polished setup, which suits golfers looking for a bit of downtime between rounds.
There’s no on-site course, but that’s typical for central Las Vegas. Instead, you’ve got easy access to a strong mix of courses within a 15–30 minute drive, including layouts like TPC Las Vegas, Bali Hai, and Shadow Creek. Expect desert-style golf—wide fairways framed by rugged terrain, fast greens, and plenty of water features and bunkering to keep things interesting. Conditioning is generally excellent across the better courses, and service levels are high.
Back at the hotel, it’s all suites, so you get more space than standard Vegas rooms, with kitchenettes and lounge areas as standard. There’s a large outdoor pool deck, a well-regarded spa, and a couple of dining options, though most guests head out to nearby restaurants within CityCenter or along the Strip.
It works well if you want to mix golf with everything else Vegas does—restaurants, shows, and nightlife—without staying somewhere overly busy.
