£100 OFF PROMOTIONAL CODE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

This promotional code/voucher (“the Voucher”) entitles the holder to £100 off the total cost of a qualifying booking made with Golf Travel Centre, a trading name of Golf Travel Group Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

To qualify, a booking must include a minimum of 4 paying persons travelling together on the same itinerary. Bookings of fewer than 4 people are not eligible, and the discount cannot be pro-rated or partially applied to a smaller group.

Redemption

• The Voucher must be applied at the time of booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been confirmed.
• Only one Voucher can be used per booking, regardless of group size or booking value.
• The Voucher can only be redeemed against one single booking. It cannot be split across multiple bookings, used more than once, or transferred to a different booking once applied.
• The Voucher must be presented/quoted to our sales team, or entered at the applicable point online, in order to be applied. We cannot apply the discount after the booking confirmation has been issued if the code was not provided at the time of booking.

Value and Payment

• The Voucher has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
• The £100 discount is deducted from the total holiday price before deposit and balance payments are calculated.
• The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, promotion, or voucher unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of the offer.
• Where a qualifying booking is subsequently amended so that the group size falls below 4 people (for example, due to cancellations within the party), we reserve the right to withdraw the discount and recalculate the balance due accordingly.

Validity and General Conditions

• The Voucher is valid only for the promotional period stated at the time it was issued and expires on the date specified. Expired vouchers cannot be honoured or extended.
• The Voucher applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to bookings made prior to the Voucher being issued.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this promotion, or refuse redemption of the Voucher, at any time, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or where the Voucher has been obtained or used in breach of these terms.
• The Voucher is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or offered as a prize or reward for any other purpose.
• Standard Golf Travel Group Limited Booking Conditions (see Terms and Conditions) apply to all bookings in addition to these Voucher terms. In the event of any conflict between these Voucher terms and our standard Booking Conditions, these Voucher terms shall prevail solely in relation to the discount itself.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
