The City of Dreams Mediterranean is hard to miss. The main building is a 14-storey, flat-topped triangle housing 500 rooms and suites, most with proper sea or course views from a private balcony. Right next door sits Limassol Greens, the headline reason most UK golfers will be booking. Designed by Cabell Robinson – the same hand behind Finca Cortesin, La Reserva and Aphrodite Hills – it’s a par-71 layout running to around 6,400 metres from the back tees. The course only fully opened in late 2025, so it’s genuinely new, and it’s the first championship course inside a Cypriot city. The routing makes the most of the western Limassol landscape: Tahoma Bermuda fairways, fast Bentgrass greens, pot bunkers, dune-style mounding, and a pair of wetland holes at 5 and 6 that border the forest. It’s not a brute off the tee, but the greens have plenty of movement and the bunkering punishes lazy approaches.

Back at the hotel, you’ve got five à la carte restaurants spanning French, Chinese, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, four bars, the largest pool complex on the island, the Lotus Spa, and a sizeable casino if that’s your thing. Limassol’s old town, marina and Blue Flag beaches are a short taxi ride away, and both Larnaca and Paphos airports are roughly 45–60 minutes by car. A high-end base with very little friction: wake up, walk to the first tee, eat well, sleep, repeat.
