Key Information

Gastronomy and the Premium Level

Barceló Bávaro Beach sits on one of Punta Cana’s best stretches of sand, offering an adults-only, all-inclusive stay with easy access to Barceló Golf Bávaro. The course is a laid-back but well-designed 18-hole layout, winding through palm-lined fairways and natural lakes rather than dramatic elevation. It’s playable for mid-handicappers, with enough movement and water to keep things interesting without being punishing.

The resort itself is calm and well-kept, geared more towards relaxed golf holidays than late-night parties. Rooms are spacious, modern, and steps from the beach. Dining covers the basics well, with a mix of buffet and à la carte options, plus plenty of spots for a casual drink after your round. Service is efficient and friendly, and everything is close—golf, beach, pools, and restaurants—so there’s very little hassle. It’s a straightforward, good-value option for golfers wanting sun, sea, and consistent golf without overcomplicating the trip.
